PCSC Scholarship Fund
A Merit and Need Based Scholarship for Southern California Area Students
The current student body at Princeton is a diverse and multi-talented group of young men and women from all economic backgrounds. Over the last three years, the University admitted a larger group of students from families with incomes below the national median, As a result, more than half of Princeton's undergraduates are now on financial aid.
Since 1938, PCSC has been contributing to the financial assistance of Princeton students by awarding a merit and need based scholarship each year to an undergraduate. This scholarship, funded with PCSC revenues, local alumni donations and matching University grants is managed by the University. In 2002, PCSC requested that the University award the PCSC Scholarship only to undergraduates from within PCSC's constituent region. Since then, only Princeton students coming from the greater Los Angeles area and Southern California have received the PCSC Scholarship.
