The PCSC Parent's Committee (PPC) introduces the parents of Princeton alumni and parents of current Princeton students to PCSC and the Los Angeles area Princeton community.  It assists them in connecting with PCSC, the University, other parents of Princeton students and alumni.   For parents of incoming students, it also provides opportunities for feedback and support.  PPC also assists PCSC in providing social, cultural and educational activities that feature Princeton alumni, faculty and University staff involved in undergraduate student affairs and activities.  Topics range from academic issues to residential student living, all of which are of particular interest to parents.

During the past four summers, PPC helped plan and host the PCSC's Summer Barbeque & Pool Party at the Jack Kramer Tennis Club in Rolling Hills Estate, California.  Parents Erin Bartlett S'77 and Peter J. Bartlett '77 and their children Peter Bartlett P'09 and Bridgett Bartlett P'10  hosted the party this summer at their Palos Verdes Estates residence. Alumni, students and the families enjoyed the pool, the tennis court and the breathtaking view of the Pacific ocean.  

Despite the hot weather, the PCSC's Summer Barbeque & Pool Party consistently draws nearly 100 guests, including incoming students from the Orange County, San Diego and Santa Barbara areas who drop by to meet their assigned Princeton roommates.  PPC also assists with the annual PCSC Freshmen Class Sendoff Reception in August, which provides encouragement, feedback and support to incoming freshmen students and their parents.
