The Alumni Schools Committee (ASC) in our region is the largest in the country in terms of applicant numbers. It stretches from Palm Springs to Malibu and from the Antelope Valley to the Los Angeles/ North Orange County border. For most high school applicants, an ASC interviewer is their first Princeton contact. By responding to their questions about the admissions process and Princeton in general, ASC interviewers perform an invaluable service in persuading talented young people to apply to Princeton and in convincing admitted applicants to attend. Although recent graduates have the most to contribute in terms of current information and insight, all alumni are encouraged to conduct interviews.
In the fall, ASC gears up for the 2008-2009 admissions recruitment season and now needs alumni volunteers to help interview applicants for the Class of 2013. If you are interested in volunteering, please send an e-mail to ASC@pcscweb.net. or contact one of the ASC area chairs below.
